CEO Blog - 2.2.24

This week has incredibly truly insightful and productive here at New Bridge Multi Academy Trust.

Future Vision

We held a very productive meeting with our Oldham heads and LA colleagues to discuss the future vision for young people with additional needs in the borough.

The focus was on co-production to fund the best outcomes for children and young people, and I am confident that together we can continue to make a significant difference in their lives.

Leadership Recruitment

I also had the privilege of spending a significant amount of time engaging with colleagues who expressed interest in our leadership recruitment opportunities.

It was exciting to witness the diverse range of people eager to stay in the trust or join us in our journey. Their passion and dedication reflect the bright future of our organisation.

Heads of Site Meeting

I am delighted to share that we had another great development session with the heads of site. We engaged in discussions on key issues including procurement and workforce reform, as we aim to become an employer of choice.

The energy and dedication of our leaders are truly inspiring and reinforce our commitment to Creating Meaningful Futures.

I am grateful to be part of a team that is dedicated to creating a positive impact on the lives of children and young people.

Together, we really are shaping a future that is full of promise and opportunity.

Have a great weekend, whatever you're doing.
